Basils ("we", "us", "our") runs this site to share our events and let people reach us for bookings, partnerships, and press. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why, and how it's handled.

We don't run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site, and we don't collect payment or government ID information here.
We use contact form submissions to reply to your enquiry — bookings, partnerships, press, or general questions. We use newsletter emails only to send updates about Basils events and projects. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.
Submissions are stored with Supabase, our database provider, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both are reputable infrastructure providers; we don't share your data with them beyond what's needed to run this site.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time — just reach out via our contact page or email info@basels.com.
